Devas and Devies - Crystal and Gemstone Jewellery

Crystals and gemstones have vibrational healing potential that can suit an individual's needs. For example, rose quartz has a gentle, soft energy that assists in healing the emotions and is excellent to wear in times of grief or sadness. It also helps to amplify love. Crystals have piezo - electric energy, where they release and replace their surface with electrons. That is why quartz crystal watches are so accurate.

All computers need crystals to run, although the crystals are man made. Thus we can programme crystals to carry our intentions of healing. Our beautifully crafted designs of jewellery and crystals can be matched through testing to each individual person. They are radionically charged to amplify their properties. They are both functional and beautiful, bringing delight to their owner.

Devas and Devies will be expanding horizons by developing special lines of jewellery to assist with the elevation of consciousness. Learn more by attending the following workshop. Co-Creating and Healing with Crystals and Gemstones ( level 1) Saturday, Nov. 10. (Click here for more information.)

One Minute for myself

I was rushing out the door to catch a plane to Orlando in August to attend the Lazaris intensive workshop on "Pain." I quickly scanned my volumous library for just one more book to take with me. I grabbed a small booklet,“One Minute For Myself” by Spencer Johnson, M.D. ( Avon Books). I’d had this book for years, in fact it was published in 1985. Yet when I read it on the plane, it was such a reminder of my personal patterns and those of many of my friends and clients. How many of us feel that we just don’t have enough time during the day to get everything done, let alone have enough time for ourselves? How many of us feel resentful or overwhelmed?

Lazaris (Concept :Synergy@Lazaris.com) says that time is an illusion. We as a human consciousness created time to be our servant. How is it that it has become our master? The message from the book is that what really matters is that we take some time to take care of ourselves and listen to our inner wisdom. When things get to be overwhelming or resentment creeps up or we take life too seriously, we need to STOP and take a minute to think about how we can take care of ourselves. We can think about what we can do to laugh more or do something constructive for our health such as exercise or a health regime, or something that is playful and fun.

So much of our stress and unhappiness and pain comes from ”what is happening and what we think ought to be happening in our lives”. We need to take a minute to assess what we really want in life and what would really make us happy. If we feel trapped in a situation or victimized, it is more important than ever to take a minute to think about how we can take care of ourselves in spite of our situation. We choose our attitude, and if we operate out of love, especially self love, opportunities open themselves to more empowered choices versus fear-based choices.

We have been taught that putting ourselves first is “selfish” and that our ego has the upper hand. Thus we will take care of others first, often at our expense. We martyr ourselves by being too worn out or ill to be of any good to ourselves or to others. We need to balance our interests equally with others. As we take better care of ourselves and observe our behaviour and thoughts, we become less angry and judgmental, less blaming (whether self or others). We elevate to becoming more of our “best self' and recognize that it is not up to others to make us happy. Our happiness comes from within ourselves. Our horizons expand to inspire others to take care of themselves and be happier people. As more people take better care of themselves, consciousness changes and the world becomes a better place.

Affirmations to assist in taking care of yourself: (it only takes a minute)

Place your thumb on your ring finger (emotional finger) Tap gently back and forth around your ear (temporal bone) to reach subconscious), Rotate eyes clockwise and counter-clockwise at the same time while saying an affirmation appropriate with the situation..

I have all the time I need to do all that I need to do and choose to do.
By taking care of myself, I have the vitality to do all that I need to do
I am responsible for my own happiness
As I create positive change within myself, my reality reflects positive change
I attract people, circumstances and situations that enhance my life
Under all circumstances and situations, I feel good about myself
I am willing to receive financial abundance and security.

Pain

I was drawn to attend Lazaris’s intensive workshop on “Pain” in August. He has always reminded us that “It was never meant to be so painful –– yet it is!”. Pain grows more damaging and debilitating, not only personally, but globally as well. The pain is not only physical pain, but also emotional, mental, and esoteric. Pain is necessary as an alarm system, warning us against danger or where one needs to change, be more loving and heal. It gives us messages where a grief or forgiveness of selves or others needs to be attended to or completed. It can be a motivator for greater healing, greater love and greater choice. Pain is created by and then produces a sense of “separation and a yearning simultaneously” It is a self- perpetuating mechanism using constricting emotions of fear, hurt, anger, rage, jealousy, envy , loneliness etc. to mask itself. Pain doesn’t go away unless it is healed.

Physical pain has to do with belonging, survival and a warning that there are limitations. It is a teacher as an automatic primal response and urge to survive, a sense of security and a yearning and need to belong..

Emotional pain is also a teacher that defines boundaries, blockages and impedances. Its purpose is about valuing, belonging, esteeming and creating.

Mental pain responds to creativity, the need of knowing, aesthetics and beauty

Etheric pain responds to our spirituality, our relationship to our partnership with the divine and all there is. It can reveal our apprehension in our changing, growing and evolving. It is abstract and our separation from ourselves or our soul creates dread, the threat of our very being.

If we are numb to our pain, we are in danger, for we cannot respond to the whispers from the pain, eventually to become shouts. Numbness threatens our survival, leaving us stuck in uncertainty. Pain can show up as accidents, physical organ pain, distraction, martyr, guilt, hurt, blame, compulsive behaviours, extreme anger, addictions, phobias, and numbness. Acute pain or accidents for example distract us from dealing with the real pain at hand.

If we don’t deal with our pain, we shove it down and into the subconscious, which either shoves it into the unconscious or up into the physical body. The unconscious pushes it out at us as “the way of the world” - the more pain we suppress, the more pain we experience around us; the more anger we suppress, the more anger comes at us. With pain, you are not only in sufferance of your emotions or situation, you are suffering –– and it hurts!

Pain does not go away by itself unless it is healed. The first step to healing pain is “to make an empowered choice to heal pain consciously. The book “ Zero Limits” by Joe Vitale and Ihaleakala Hew Len, PhD, ( John Wiley and Sons Inc.), describes an ancient Hawaiian healing method called Ho’oponopono where Dr. Hew Len, a psychologist, through repeatedly saying “I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you”, takes responsibility for creating or allowing the pain of others that is reflected into his life from his patients. The purpose of the statements are to clear or cleanse something within himself so that he can reach a higher resonance of purer love, which then allows healing to take place within self and others.

In “ Power vs. Force” by David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D. ( Hay House Inc), David Hawkins develops a map of consciousness from zero to one thousand. Constricting emotions of fear, grief, anger and so on resonate below 200. Above 200, consciousness awakens. He describes that while only 15 percent of the world’s population is above the critical consciousness level of 200, the collective power of that 15 percent has the weight to counterbalance the negativity of the remaining 85 percent of the world’s people because the scale of power advances logarithmically.

Thus, when we are in a stress situation, dealing with illness, (our own or others), feeling no choice or stuck in any constricting emotion or pain, chanting “I’m sorry, I love you, please forgive me , thank you”, immediately starts to raise your vibration and pull you out of the vibration below 200 into a higher resonance. Do this even though you still experience the painful state (be it your own or others). As you clear and cleanse within you the painful attractor energy, you will in time rise above 200. Your “WILL” at 310 will continue to pull you to more elevated states and at 500, the level of love, everything changes. There is no room to experience pain and pure love together at the same time.

The Enneagram is an incredible map of our personality drive. Each of us has chosen on a soul level to be one out of the 9 personality drives. Each of the numbers is motivated in different ways to get love. My number “7” as the adventurer, has the basic fear of “being deprived and trapped in pain.” Thus, the drive for 7’s is “to avoid the pain.” My reality expresses this in me by my clients for whom I desire to take away their pain, and the numerous painful events of my life from which I try to escape. It is through taking responsibility that I am creating this pain, or allowing it, and choosing to feel the pain and emotions rather than numbing, or escaping it, that healing takes place. Elevating within my 7 enneagram number means I can be an “inspiration.” Thus I take a minute and think about how I can better take care of myself –– and I take action. I chant the Ho’oponoopono and use my techniques of Self-Help to keep my resonance elevated.

I am teaching a Self-Help workshop in November, and Joyce Mole and I will be teaching the Enneagram in the new year to be announced.

Benefits of Foot Baths

Holistic healers know that the body cleanses from the inside out and from the top down through the bottom of the feet. That’s why Reflexology is so beneficial. Recipients experience sharp needle-like pain from the toxic acid crystals when pressure is applied to certain areas of their feet. These areas refer to different parts of the body because we are holographic.

Foot baths through positive and negative charged ions create an osmotic field that pulls neutralized toxins out of the body through the feet. Various colours in the water indicate the nature of the toxins and areas of discharge. We encourage re-mineralization and detoxifying supplements or drainage remedies along with the foot treatments. We use purified water and test the positive or negative charge as well as the length of treatment, thus individualizing the programme for each person. Individual re-mineralizing drinks are provided as part of the treatment. Foot baths are available from our office by appointment.

Raw Food Diet

Am I committed to a 100% raw food diet? Absolutely not! Am I an advocate for the raw food diet? Absolutely yes! I’ve seen results from people like Ann Wigmore twenty years ago heal herself from cancer and returned her gray hair to its natural colour in her 80’s. Then there’s Rosemary Radford at: www.rawteacher.com/rosieradford who has overcome numerous degenerative conditions and is looking fantastic! She is now a Certified Raw Food Chef/Instructor.

Having taken a course with Gabriel Cousens, M.D., author of numerous books including Spiritual Nutrition ( North Atlanta Books), I am convinced that there is a vibrational healing that takes place with raw foods. In his centre, Dr. Cousens has had reversal of diabetics who had been on insulin needles for 20 years as well as balancing people's brain chemistry and stopping dependency on psychotic drugs amongst other healings.

Why raw food? Live foods contain all the enzymes and minerals we need to rebuild our bodies. Protein is utilized easily by the body. Live, raw foods alkalize the body. Disease states occur when the body is acidic. The fibre absorbs toxins like a sponge and eliminates them. Our flora (good bacteria) proliferates, thus improving digestion, elimination and overall health. The chlorophyll (green of the plant) purifies and builds our blood. All the above protect us from cancer and other degenerative diseases.

Where do we begin in our busy lives to integrate some raw food into our diet? Educate yourself and read the material available. Watch the CD,s. Take a seminar. Start with a raw smoothie. Greens are the base to which other ingredients are added. A powerful blender is needed. Our office can order an excellent blender with a discount through IONC. Drink one or two smoothies daily, and you will be doing something wonderful for yourself!

Iodine

Do you eat wild ocean fish? Is seaweed regularly included in your diet? Those of us who live in the centre of the continent, far from the ocean are prone to lacking iodine in our diets. Iodine is necessary for proper thyroid function and general hormonal balance. Breast cysts and breast cancer are more prevalent in iodine depleted areas. Include iodine through dietary intake such as sea vegetables, or take in supplement form internally ir apply on skin ( check with your health professional your iodine status)

Head Lice

With the start of a new school year, head lice are already surfacing, creating embarrassment and frustration for children and parents. Head lice are contagious and are not necessarily related to lack of cleanliness. In fact, head lice are attracted to clean fragrant hair.

Commercial lice killing products and medications are pesticides, and are toxic! An effective alternative is using tea tree shampoo. Lice as well as most animals and insects hate the smell of tea tree. Putting tea tree oil into a fragrant shampoo doesn't work, since the lice are still attracted to the fragrance.

Use pure tea tree oil shampoo. Use pure tea tree oil conditioner, and comb through hair leaving it in. Mix 8 ml's of pure tea tree oil with 500 ml's water in a spray bottle and shake well. Spritz hair before the young ones go out in the morning. Shampoo hair daily. Use clean towels and change bedding, especially pillow cases daily.

An alkalizing diet of fruit, vegetables, green smoothies and avoidance of sugar and junk food discourages lice. B complex, garlic, a good quality pro-biotic as well as vitamin C are supportive supplements.
